// services

Start where it hurts most

Each service delivers on its own. And everything we build is designed to plug into whatever you add next — instead of becoming one more island in your operation.

Numbers that match, whoever pulls them

When revenue changes depending on who runs the report, meetings turn into spreadsheet audits. Power BI dashboards on a single data source, refreshed through the day — ready to plug into the next piece.

Month-end without the scramble

Manual consolidation, double entry, the spreadsheet only one person can touch — replaced by automated routines. Your team gets the hours back and the data lands clean where it's needed.

Your process in a system, not in someone's head

When no off-the-shelf tool fits how you work, we build the system around your process: user roles, a full audit trail, and data born structured — ready to become a KPI.

// method

How it works

Four steps, run end to end by the same engineer who builds.

  1. 01

    Assessment

A free one-hour call with the engineer who would build your project — not a salesperson. You leave with a map of your data and clear priorities, whether or not you hire us.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

We design the architecture: sources, KPIs and a data model built so every future piece clicks into place. You approve the blueprint before anything gets built.

  3. 03

    Build

We ship in short increments, tested with the people who will actually use them. A first working dashboard typically lands in 2 to 4 weeks.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

We train your team and watch the data in production. Nothing we ship becomes an orphaned script — it keeps working and keeps growing.

case study // Gestão Barreto × Ademicon

From a Google Form to a data platform in production

Before. Our client is a franchise of Ademicon, a Brazilian consortium network — a "consórcio" is a group-financing model regulated by Brazil's Central Bank, where members pool monthly contributions to fund large purchases. More than 200 sales consultants logged every sale through a Google Form feeding one spreadsheet: no change history, no access control, no reliable view of the numbers.

The evolution. We started with the most urgent pain: a sales performance dashboard in Power BI. It paid off on its own — and opened the door. Piece by piece it grew into Gestão Barreto: a dedicated system with sales entry, team hierarchy, room booking, user management and a full audit trail, all built on a star schema — the data model that lets each new module click into the last.

  • Sales KPIs refreshed 8 times a day — teams track today's score, not last month's
  • Every sale carries an author, a timestamp and a change history — traceability the spreadsheet never had
  • A 200-consultant operation run in one system that keeps gaining modules without rework

Frequently asked questions

Is my company too small for BI?

Probably not. The threshold isn't revenue — it's pain. If management already depends on spreadsheets only one person understands, or you close the month without knowing your numbers, there's something worth measuring. And if BI genuinely isn't worth it yet, the assessment will tell you that — you'll leave knowing what to fix first.

Can I start with just a dashboard?

Yes — that's how most of our projects begin. Every service stands on its own. The difference is underneath: we build on a data model designed to receive the next pieces, so if you later add automation or a management system, nothing gets thrown away.

How much does a Power BI project cost?

It depends on two things: how many data sources you have and how many indicators you need to track. That's why the assessment comes first — it produces a fixed-scope quote, with no surprises on the invoice. Power BI licensing is paid to Microsoft, separately from consulting.

How long until the first dashboard is live?

Two to four weeks in most cases. Projects with several data sources or automation take one to three months. We ship in short increments — you use the first deliverable while the rest is being built.

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?

Yes. We work with clients in North America and Europe as a nearshore partner: senior data expertise without the agency markup, in English, from São Paulo (GMT-3) — a timezone that overlaps most of the US and European business day.

Who will I actually be working with?

The engineer who builds. The assessment, the delivery and the support are run by the same person — no account managers, no handoffs. You explain your operation once, and the person who heard it is the one who solves it.
